- Ice Cream Maker: I’m thinking this model but I’m still doing a little research. My main use will be making sugar free fro-yo, but occasionally I’ll want the full-on ice cream experience.
- Eco Kitchen Supplies: I’ve been wanting to upgrade our food storage to healthy and sustainable options, but the apartment didn’t really give us the space to do that, so we had some glass but mostly left over yogurt containers. In the new house, I’m planning on beeswax covers, these glass containers from IKEA, and some more silicon food bags.
- An Expandable table: I love the idea of this table, but don’t know how much we would really use the expanding feature to it’s fullest. We are talking about saving up and buying a really nice Amish table with a couple of leaves, and honestly, that would probably last us most of our life unless we just wanted a style change.
- Curtains and rods: We’re starting with a cheap option and eventually might upgrade, but honestly, I’m fine with these for a long while. Sleek and Simple. The curtains are where I like to add the character anyways.
These are the curtains I had in our old house, and I’m trying to decide if I want the same ones somewhere in the new one or start with a simpler vibe. One thing I really liked about them was how well they blocked out the light. Great for family rooms or bedrooms. - Reading Chair: We have a great view out of the corner of the living room that would be perfect for reading in an overstuffed chair. So I’m on the hunt for the perfect reading chair for the nook. Something like this, but hopefully I can get it for a better price.
